1.CeilingMounting

The design should fully consider the installation clearance height, as well as lights, fire protection, air ducts and beams and columns. It is recommended to install a set of hangers every 1.5 meters on the upper cable ladder, and the specific span needs to be calculated according to the actual load. If there is a local high load, the density of the hangers needs to be increased. When installing double-layer cable ladder, the vertical interval between strong and weak current cable frames is ≥300mm. Due to the limitation of the clear height of the top, strong and weak cable trays can be installed on the same plane, with a horizontal interval of ≥150mm.

2.Cabinet Top Mounting

In the actual installation of the data center, the hanger cannot be installed due to reasons such as the floor is too high, the top structure is special, or the owner does not want to damage the ceiling. In this case, you can choose to install the cable tray on the top of the cabinet. The top bracket and the cabinet are fixed by bolts. If there is no hole on the top of the cabinet, it needs to be drilled. The installation height of the bracket is arbitrary, and the bottom cable ladder is generally 150mm~200mm higher than the top of the cabinet. The actual height needs to take into account the overall situation of the equipment room, and give priority to ensuring the cable space above the cable ladder. It should be noted that this installation requires all the cabinets to be in place, and the distance between the cabinets should not be too large, which may cause the cabling racks to slump due to the large span, and it is inconvenient to adjust the cabinets after installation.

3. Floor Mounting

Floor installation Ground support installation is to install the cable tray on the ground, which is often used in outdoor base stations. The ceiling is unconditionally suspended in the machine room. When the equipment is not in place, the cable ladder can fix the wall end and the ground. If there is an electrostatic floor installed in the equipment room, it is necessary to open holes on the electrostatic floor so that the columns can be rooted and fixed to the ground.
