Prefabricated Data Center is a construction method that pre-integrates data center equipment modules into containers and tests them in the factory. At the project site, you only need to assemble the containers into a "building block" data center. It can be divided into IT cabin, power distribution cabin, diesel engine (backup power supply) cabin and cold station cabin according to functional modules. Each cabin adopts system design and related control concepts for module integration and is equipped with corresponding weak current, HVAC, lighting, fire protection systems, etc. Prefabricated data centers have the advantages of high customization, fast delivery, energy saving and high efficiency, convenient installation, and high reliability, and are becoming the choice of more and more data center builders.

Main functions: used to place core storage devices in data centers and realize stable real-time data transmission through communication and transmission equipment.
Main components: servers and HDD/SSD storage devices, racks, communication equipment such as switches/routers/firewalls, and transmission equipment such as optical fibers.
Design features:
1. Innovative structure: The closed structure of the hot and cold channels is a column truss structure, supported by columns at both ends, and the top is in the form of a truss, without the need for a rack as support;
2. Space saving: There are no columns in the entire hot channel of the truss structure, which will not occupy the cabinet position and affect the cabinet installation.
3. Compatibility: The bridge is compatible with the installation of ladder racks and grid bridges.
