1.Select the connection method between the bracket channel support frame angle iron and the aluminum ladder rack side beam according to the profile form of the aluminum ladder rack. The aluminum alloy ladder rack slot is equipped with waist-type bolts, and the U-shaped steel is directly fixed on the aluminum ladder rack with bolts. On the side beams of the wire rack; choose to use 350 supports or 230 supports according to the model and size of the channel;

2.According to the construction drawing, first determine the installation position of the optical fiber cabling channel above the equipment (the relative position of the outlet and the cabinet must be comprehensively considered), and then determine the installation position of the support, then determine the length of the screw and cut the wire. Rod (20mm diameter screw rod); the spacing is to install a support every 1.5 meters;

3.The aluminum ladder rack connector is fixed on the aluminum ladder rack, and an M20 screw is used to connect the U-shaped support; the height of the support can be adjusted by adjusting the nut;

4.Fiber optic channels are placed on supports. Finally, all fiber optic channels are installed and the position is adjusted. Use T-shaped screws and knob nuts to fasten the channels and supports. The knob nut should be tightened with 80 to 90% force instead of 100% force, and it can be felt to be properly tightened by hand.
