How to install wire mesh cable tray on ceiling

1.Ceiling installation

The cable tray is installed with Ω Bracket. The center distance of the screw is the cable tray width + 50mm (for example, for a W400mm cable tray, the center distance of the cross arm screw is 450mm); Ω Bracket are fixed on the floor with 2PCS M8×55 heavy-duty expansions, and the expansion center distance is 98±3mm. Fix the hanging screw rod to the Ω Bracket with the corresponding bolts.

2.C-type ceiling installation

The cable tray is installed with C-type ceiling suspension. The position of the expansion hole is the center distance of the screw (applicable to screws below M12).

3.Expansion sleeve ceiling installation    

The expansion sleeve is directly driven on the roof, and the screw rod is screwed on as a bolt and hung directly.
