Hanging prefabricated Hot Aisle containment

The hanging closed hot aisle consists of hanging components, anti-seismic brackets, aluminum alloy frame components, access doors, adapter plates, brushes and their blocking accessories.

The hanging components are made of one-time rolled C-shaped steel or U-shaped steel, and the top and floor are fixed with height-adjustable connecting plates.

Three-sided diagonal anti-seismic brackets are installed at both ends of the hanging channel to ensure the overall strength of the hanging system in the vertical and horizontal directions.

The frame is made of 6063-T5 aluminum alloy (natural color anodized), and the cross-section complies with national standards. The inner baffle of the frame is made of double-layer hollow fire-proof solar panels with an air layer in the middle. The heat transfer coefficient is <4.5W/(m2 x K). The passage door adopts a double-sliding Japanese-shaped structure to increase strength and stability. The left and right doors are Magnetic suction to increase channel sealing.
