Basic requirements for cabinet beams and blind plates

Cabinet crossbeam (used for fixing square hole strips)

1. The crossbeam is a device used to fix the square hole strips, including the upper, middle and lower parts of the cabinet. Each cabinet is equipped with 6 crossbeams. The square hole strips will not deform due to the high-density equipment being placed on the rack, which can prevent the square hole strips from deforming under force after the high-density equipment is placed on the rack.

2. The fixing method of the crossbeam to the frame and square hole strips is flexible and adjustable forward and backward. The crossbeam cannot be adjusted up and down. It has a load-bearing function and can be fine-tuned forward and backward, which is convenient for fixing the square hole strips. The operation surface for screw fastening should be on the inner side of the cabinet.

3. Apart from the necessary fixed holes, there are no other holes on the crossbeam, which is convenient for increasing the load-bearing strength of the crossbeam.

Cabinet blind plate

1. After all the blind plates are installed, there are no obvious gaps between them.

2. The fixation method of the blind plate and the square hole strip adopts a screwless fixation method, which is convenient for disassembly and assembly.
